Terms and Conditions...

1.  All designs are the copyright of I do...Wedding Invitations.

2.  All designs are handmade to order, so slight variations may occur.  Please note that colours may 
       vary slightly from the website view because digital photography conditions can affect colours
       and all computers differ slightly.

3.  You may have up to 4 invitation samples. 
       Sample invitations, including the simplicity range are £2.50 for first sample, then £2.00 each .
       Sample scroll invitations are £3.50 for first sample, then £3.00 each.
       Sample pocketfold invitations are £4.50 for the first sample, then £4.00 each.
       These prices include postage and packaging.
       Please send the printable samples form with a cheque for the correct amount. Once your cheque 
       has cleared (up to 7 days), your samples will be made and sent to you. Please allow another 7-10 
      days for delivery. Alternatively you may pay by card, phoning 07801561529.

4.  If you are happy with your sample and wish to place an order, you will need to complete an order
       form, either online on the How to order page or by completing a Printable order form and sending
       it to me along with a deposit of £25.00 (non-refundable if order cancelled) which will be deducted
      from your final bill.  Once I have received your details, I will contact you to confirm your 
      requirements and to let you know the total cost of your order (including any discounts) and agree 
      a delivery date.
      Once your cheque has cleared (up to 7 days), I will make up a proof copy of all the stationery you 
      have ordered and send it to you to check. You are responsible for checking each copy and must 
      sign each one, and supply details of any amendments required.  If changes are necessary, the 
      amended proof will be sent to you to be checked and signed. This can be done by email attachment
     if it is just a spelling error or time change.
     Once you are happy that the proofs are accurate, return them to I do...Wedding Invitations along 
      with a cheque for the outstanding balance or telephone to pay by card.  Orders will not be made 
      until full payment has been received.

5.  Final details for stationery are required at least 21 days prior to the agreed delivery date. You may 
     choose to have your wedding day stationery delivered separately, but I will require the final details
     at least 21 days before your wedding to complete your order.  

6.  All stationery will have the I do...Wedding invitations website on the back.

7.  All wedding stationery orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Next Day 
       Delivery or Courier. I will use whichever one gives you the best value for money and ample compensation.

8.  All orders are subject to material availability.  If I do...Wedding Invitations experiences any 
     difficulty with supplies, you will be informed and a similar item of the same quality will be offered.
